I am a graduate student currently working at the main Cornell campus in Ithaca. I am interested in new approaches to identify regulators of cellular memory and identity using both experimental and computational tools. With Dr. John Lis, I am working on a new experimental technique that may uncover important players during the reprogramming events of early embryogenesis. Overall, I hope to identify protein cocktails that are sufficient to cleanly reprogram cell fates without residual transcriptional memory.
